| A
provisional booking can be made by telephone to reserve Ash Tree
Cottage. The reservation must be confirmed within 5 days, with a
completed booking form returned with either the full payment or a
deposit of £100 for each week or part of week. Payment of the final
balance must be made at least 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings made
within 8 weeks of arrival must be paid in full.
Please
advise cancellation immediately by telephone and confirm in writing or
email. We will endeavour to re-let your cottage. If we can, we will
refund all monies received, less 25% of the full rent. If we are unable
to re-let the full balance will be due.
The
owners reserve the right to cancel or alter booking arrangements. In the
event of cancellation, the owners shall be liable only for the return of
all monies received.
Bookings
are from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10.00 a.m. on the day of
departure. The residents right
to occupy the cottage is limited to a right of occupation for holiday
purposes and such right shall terminate at 10.00 a.m. on the date of
departure.
If circumstances permit, it may be possible to adjust
these times, but only by prior arrangement.
The
resident is responsible for maintaining the condition of the cottage and
of the furniture and equipment therein. The resident is required to
leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition and are responsible to
the owners for the actual costs of any breakages or damage in or to the
property and its contents - along with any additional costs that may be
incurred with rectification of the damage. The resident is responsible
for any breakages or damage caused by any member of his/her party.
The
owners are not liable to the resident or members of the resident's party
for any loss or damage to any belongings of them or any of their
visitors. Nor is the owner responsible for acts of negligence or willful
damage caused to the resident, any member of his/her party or visitor,
by any other person(s).
During
the resident's occupancy, he/she shall not sublet or otherwise part
possession with the property.
The
number of occupants of the property must not exceed the number stated on
the booking form unless prior written approval is obtained.
The
information and descriptions given in the owner's brochure /website are
for guidance only. Although every effort has been made to ensure
accuracy, the owners shall not be held liable for any mis-description
or incorrect information.
The
right of entry to the cottage at all reasonable times is reserved by the
owners, with or without workmen, for the purposes of inspection or to
carry out any repair deemed necessary to the property or equipment,
unless in an emergency.
Dogs
are not allowed to be left unattended in the cottages, must be kept
under strict control and are not allowed on the chairs or beds. Please
bring your own dog bedding.
Use
of the Hot Tub Spa is by arrangement with the owners and for resident
guests only. Availability of the hot tub cannot be guaranteed.
Day
visitors to Ash Tree Cottage are only permitted with prior knowledge of
the owners and parking for any such visitors must be outside of Ash Tree
House. Overnight visitors are not allowed.
The
owner is Wendy Nicholson. The resident is the person
signing the booking form. The property means the Ash Tree Cottage. |
