quiet rural location but just a few miles from Wells, Cheddar, Bath,

The
centrally heated cottage has two bedrooms both with ensuite baths and
showers. One has a king size four-poster bed and the other has high
quality twin beds. Both have hair dryers and radio alarm clocks. The lounge/diner
benefits from a digital (freeview) TV, CD/Cassette /Radio. The kitchen
is fully equipped and has full size cooker,
fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave.

The
cottage has a small private garden area with table and seating. A BBQ is also
available. Ash Tree Cottage guests are welcome to use our outside Hot
Tub Spa (Easter
until end Septemberby arrangement). Our local pub, which serves excellent food
(restaurant prices in the evenings), – The Sexeys Arms - is less than
¼ mile away. We are surrounded
by quiet country lanes, ideal for gentle walks or cycling direct from
the cottage.
Self
Catering Prices -
Our prices include central
heating and hot water (electricity will be meter read and charged
at standard rates), bed linen and tea towels. Ash Tree Cottage sleeps 4 people, but we do have a folding Z bed
for a 5th person by arrangement only. - Charge £20 per booking.
Please note whilst we
welcome children, our cottage garden is not large enough for ball games.
Cleanliness:
- Our cottages are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by ourselves
between each holiday let including the cooker and cooking utensils.
Furnishings:
- Our fixtures and fittings were all purchased new Dec 2003 and are of a
high standard. Our curtains are fully lined and keep out the sun for those
holiday makers who like to wake up late in the mornings.
Showers:
- Our showers (over the baths) have a high water pressure.
TV:
- The full size TV has 5 station reception plus a freeview box for
additional channels.
Conveniences!:
- Each bathroom has a mirror and shaver point over the basin, bathroom cabinet
and shelf together with soap and shower gel for guests who forget to bring
their own or run out during their holiday. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and chest of drawers giving ample
storage. Bedside lights have been provided together with bedside tables. -
Indeed you should find every home from home comfort.
Pets:-Well-behaved
dogs are welcome by arrangement only - We make a small charge of £14
per week We ask that you bring your pet's own bedding, keep them on a
lead at all times within our grounds and not leave them unattended in
the cottage at any time.
